Komunikat o częściowej niedostępności portalu / Notice of Unavailability

• Całkowita niedostępność angielskiej wersji językowej portalu: strona główna portalu w angielskiej wersji językowej (dostępna pod adresami: sprawiedliwi.org.pl/en lub righteous.pl) wyświetla komunikat o błędach; przeglądając zawartość portalu nie ma możliwości przełączania z polskiej wersji językowej na angielską.
• Całkowita niedostępność wybranych funkcjonalności: w historiach pomocy nie wyświetla się lewa kolumna strony zawierająca metryki, czyli informacje biograficzne dot. osób ratujących i ukrywających się, np. daty i miejsca urodzenia i śmierci, daty przyznania tytułu Sprawiedliwych wśród Narodów Świata, miejsca udzielania pomocy; niedostępność metryk może wpływać na niemożliwość wyszukania osoby, rodziny lub powiązanej z nimi historii pomocy poprzez wyszukiwarkę zaawansowaną lub alfabetyczną listę historii pomocy; do odwołania nie ma możliwości skutecznego aktualizowania istniejących metryk lub dodawania nowych – zmiany wprowadzone w bazie danych nie będą wyświetlać się użytkownikom. Całkowicie niedostępne są również nagrania audio z fragmentami wywiadów z kolekcji historii mówionej, dotąd wyświetlane w prawej kolumnie historii pomocy.
• Częściowa niedostępność wybranych funkcjonalności: galerie zdjęć dostępne w historiach pomocy nie wyświetlają wszystkich fotografii powiązanych z historią pomocy, pomimo istnienia plików w bazie danych.
• Nieprawidłowe opisy ikonografii: metadane (np. tytuł i opis zdjęcia, autor i źródło, data i miejsce wykonania) mogą nie odpowiadać przypisanemu do nich plikowi graficznemu; część ww. elementów, składających się na kompletny opis ikonograficzny, może nie wyświetlać się pomimo kompletności informacji w bazie danych.
• Nieprawidłowe działanie list osobowych: przeglądanie listy historii pomocy oraz listy Sprawiedliwych wśród Narodów Świata możliwe jest za pomocą stronicowania znajdującego się na dole tych podstron; nawigacja za pomocą listy alfabetycznej (A–Z) nie jest aktualnie możliwa – po wybraniu litery wyświetla się komunikat o błędach.
• Nieprawidłowe działanie hiperłączy: korzystanie z wewnętrznej nawigacji może skutkować wyświetleniem komunikatu o błędzie 404 lub przeniesieniem użytkownika na stronę główną (w takich przypadkach zalecamy wyszukanie treści poprzez wyszukiwarkę zaawansowaną, dostępną na górze strony).

We advise that, due to ongoing upgrading work, there  may be temporary difficulties in accessing certain of our portal, including the complete unavailability of the English language version. POLIN Museum is making every effort to, as quickly as possible, restore full accessibility for our user. Below is detailed information on the most disruptive errors and anomalies that may currently occur while browsing our portal’s content.

• Complete unavailability of the English language version of the portal: the main page of the website in the English language version (available: sprawiedliwi.org.pl/en or righteous.pl) displays an error message; users are unable to switch from Polish to English language version of the content.
• Complete unavailability of selected functionalities: stories of rescue do not display the left column of the page containing metrics (biographical information about rescuers and those in hiding, e.g. dates and places of birth and death, dates of honouring with the title of Righteous Among the Nations, places where help was provided). This may result in an inability to find such content via the advanced search or via the alphabetical list of stories of rescue. Currently, existing metrics cannot be updated, new ones cannot be added – changes made to the database will not be displayed to users. Also completely unavailable are audio recordings of interview excerpts from the oral history collection, previously displayed in the right-hand column of the stories of rescue.
• Partial unavailability of selected functionalities: photo galleries available in stories of rescue may not display all photos related to the story, despite the existence of files in the database. 
• Incorrect descriptions of iconography: metadata (e.g., title and description of photos, authors and sources, dates and places of creation) may not match the corresponding graphic file. Some of the elements that make up a complete iconographic description may not display, despite the database being complete.
• Incorrect functioning of personal lists: browsing the List of Stories of Rescue and the List of Righteous Among the Nations is possible using the pagination located at the bottom of these subpages; navigation using the alphabetical list (A-Z) is currently not possible – selecting a letter displays an error message.
• Malfunctioning hyperlinks: use of the portal’s internal navigation may result in a “404” error message or a redirection of the user to the portal’s homepage. In such cases, we recommend searching for the content via the advanced search option available at the top of the page.
